Really good breakfast experience with homemade yogurt.
I was given a Single Room instead of the expected Comfort Single Room, and it was quite cramped and uncomfortable. The wifi was unreliable. The parking fees felt excessive given the location, as there is ample space available without it.

The rooms were spacious and welcoming. Quiet setting. The bartender was excellent and accommodating.
Difficult to find the hotel even with GPS, but this is partly due to some road construction.

Wonderful place where to spend a relaxing we. The site is near to an ex US military base and it is placed in a very quite zone. With a small transfer you can reach the city of Rosenheim.

I almost considered giving a good review, but where to start? My room looked nothing like the bright, airy photos! I was also shocked to find the restaurant closed on sundays. The tiny frozen pizza options were just sad. Woudl have appreciated a nice gesture for the inconvenience too-maybe a complimentary upgrade?

This converted American air base is a very unusual place.
Without GPS it can be hard to find. Our room was huge, but rather bare and the bed was only a standard double rather than the German standard of 2 singles, which was rather odd given the huge size of the room.

Unexpected joys in a serene retreat
Waking up to amazing garden views was a good surprise! The sprawling grounds invited peaceful strolls, and the breakfast selection was a feast for the senses. The staff's friendliness enhanced our stay.
The single bed in our room was a bit hard for comfort, and I wish the restaurant had longer hours, as finding nearby dinner options was challenging after a long drive.
